My husband and I live in Historic Springfield near Klutho Park, have Big Jim as an alarm clock, and friendly people who stop to chat when we are working in the yard or sitting on the porch. Over the years we’ve hosted numerous neighborhood events at our home and I was part of the inaugural committee that created Jax Porchfest, which now brings over 25,000 people to Springfield on a Saturday in the fall each year. I chair the Historic Marker Task Force which brought the historic marker for Henry Klutho to Springfield. My passion about our history has made me an ardent cheerleader for the historic homes and neighborhoods in Jacksonville and taken me time and again to City Council, Historic Preservation Commission, Land Use and Zoning meetings to speak out about issues concerning our historic neighborhoods.

Professionally I’m a Broker Associate at Florida Homes Realty and Mortgage with 34 years of experience in real estate as an agent, trainer and manager, and I work with buyers and sellers in the historic areas of Jacksonville almost exclusively.  I bring real-world experience to the business of real estate. I am the author of numerous real estate articles and the book “Sell Your Home in a Tough Market – Now!”.
